DESCRIPTION
Young wine made in stainless steel tanks, pressed after three weeks in contact with the grape, which is what gives it such a vivid and intense colour. Fermented with yeasts native to the vinyards. Spontaneous, Malolactic Fermentation, which gives it lactic notes as well as smoothness.

Ideal balance of freshness, body in mouth and the intense aroma of wild fruits.
