DESCRIPTION

L’Arnot references the traditional means employed when producing our wines. They are still made in “trulls”, underground deposits, that are fully equipped for fermentation. “Arnots”, traditional tree-guards, are still used today to carry out the process of pumping over during maceration and alcoholic fermentation of red wines.

TASTING

Violet in colour, bright and fluid in glass. Sweet ripe black fruit aromas. Good structure and texture in mouth. In mouth, persistent notes of black fruits. Ripe tannins. Good mouthfeel and very appetizing.
