DESCRIPTION

Single-varietal wine made with Grenache. A short pellicular maceration is performed at a low temperature to obtain the colouring, but without allowing the bitter part of the skin to be released. The unpressed must is then drew of and fermented at a controlled temperature.

TASTING

A wine with an attractive cherry colour with violet hues, lively, clear and bright. An aroma of sweet red fruit such as watermelon combined with floral aromas. Fresh in mouth. A wine that is well balanced with its unctuousness. It invites us to have another glass.
