Young wine made in stainless steel tanks, pressed after three weeks in contact with the grape, which is what gives it such a vivid and intense colour. Fermented with yeasts native to the vinyards. Spontaneous, Malolactic Fermentation, which gives it lactic notes as well as smoothness.
